The Ayr Gaiety Theatre hosted a series of zoom workshops during Lockdown led by creative professionals living in or from Scotland. These workshops spanned a variety of creative disciplines including performing, script-writing, songwriting, poetry, film-making, devising, and theatre-making. ​

As well as developing my technique in some of these areas, and working for the first time ver in others, one of the workshops allowed the participants to collaborate over six weeks to talk about our hometown of Ayrshire. Each week we were given a writing task and a filming task. Everything was edited together to create a touching homage to the town.
